Registration Details
- Registration includes all meals and refreshment breaks for the duration of the conference.
- Registration may be closed early due to limited space.
- To register for the Conference at the reduced Student Rate, you must have a valid student ID. All students will receive the same reduced rate regardless of membership status.

Applicants (students, faculty, and scientists) from low-income and low-middle-income countries/economies are eligible for reduced registration fees as listed in the table below. To verify if your country of residency qualifies under these categories,

- To register for the Conference at the reduced Member Rate, you must first become a IPS (International Phytotechnology Society) Member in good standing.
- For those participants requiring a conference visa, we strongly encourage them to complete their registration before August 01 to ensure their participation.
- All efforts will be made by the organizers to get conference visa issued by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India. However, if the MEA does not issue the conference visa for any reason, the organizers will not be responsible for it. After MEA has processed the documents they will be intimating the Indian Embassies/High Commission of India of the respective countries. Once this is done, particular information will be passed to the registered participants by the organizers. The participants are advised to approach Indian embassies in their respective countries after the intimation from the organizers, for the issuance of conference visa. Full refund of registration fee will be made available if some one doesn't get conference visa.

* If virtually participating registrants intend to make presentations, they have to do the presentation during the conference hours at Indian Standard Time-IST time zone.
* All presentations of IPC18 would be made available to the virtual participants, but if any delegate/participant disagree to stream online their presentation, those presentations would not be made available.
If the organizer cancels or modifies the conference, registered participants will be refunded their conference fees in full. However, neither the Society nor the University of Calicut will be responsible for any travel expenses incurred, and no assistance will be provided in such situations. Participant initiated cancellations of the conference registration will receive a 50% refund of their registration fee, if cancellation request is made before October 1, 2024. And after this date no cancellation request will be entertained and no refund of fees would be provided. Full refund of registration fee will be made available if some one doesn't get conference visa. Refunding process will only be initiate after October 1 st 2024. During registration process online payment gateway charges will be charged from participants.
